As business people, we need to manage our risks. We sound very intelligent when we do this, but it occasionally leads to incredibly stupid behavior.
Your job is to make the user happy. The user doesn't care about your features or how you make their problems disappear, they care about being happy.
Are our expectations of humanity so low that we are prepared to proclaim not fighting amongst ourselves as an innovation?
